1. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request has been approved.

2. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method used during booking.

Exceptions

In cases of unavoidable emergencies such as natural calamities, government restrictions, or other force majeure situations, the resort management may offer a reschedule or credit voucher at their discretion.
