Standard Cancellation Policy
1 ) Standard Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation 15 Days or More Before Check-In:
1. Full refund of the booking amount.
2. A nominal processing fee of ₹500 will be deducted. - Cancellation Between 7 to 14 Days Before Check-In:
1. 50% refund of the booking amount.
2. A nominal processing fee of ₹500 will be deducted. - Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Check-In:
1. No refund will be provided.
2. A nominal processing fee of ₹500 will be deducted.
2 ) Peak Season (Festivals and Holidays/ long weekends) Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 30 Days or More Before Check-In:
- Full refund, minus a processing fee of ₹1000.
- A nominal processing fee of ₹500 will be deducted.
- Cancellation Between 15 to 29 Days Before Check-In:
- 50% refund of the booking amount.
- A nominal processing fee of ₹500 will be deducted.
- Cancellation Less Than 15 Days Before Check-In:
- No refund will be provided.
- A nominal processing fee of ₹500 will be deducted.
