Standard Booking Policy

1. Reservations

• Reservations can be made online through our website or by contacting our customer support team.
• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking, containing the reservation details and payment receipt.

2. Payment Terms

• A minimum advance payment of 80% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be settled at least 7 days prior to your check-in date.
• Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI.

     Early Check-Out

• If guests decide to leave before their scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided for the unused days.

     Booking Modifications

• Date Changes: Modifications to booking dates are subject to availability and may attract a rescheduling fee of ₹500.
• Upgrade Requests: Upgrades will be accommodated based on availability, and the difference in tariff will be charged.
