We christened in October 2023.
As time passed by, the mere emotion of being attracted to the wild transitioned to passion with a larger, more focused, and substantial objective of contributing to the tiger conservation efforts at Tadoba National Park, where Wagharanya stands as the best resort in Tadoba, blending luxury with wilderness.
So, it was a dream, a saga, a romance that was ingrained in our conscious for a very long time and was probably time to make that dream, that aspiration, and that ambition come alive!
WAGHARANYA is a unique amalgamation of two words — “Wagh” in Marathi stands for the tiger, while “Aranya” in Sanskrit means the jungle.
It’s an interdependent relationship, where one cannot exist without the other.
